222Studios carries expensive, high-end, curated lifestyle and fashion products. The trademark of this budding e-ecommerce brand is its edgy yet minimalist design sensibilities, and has been built up by a loyal online community and trend-driven curation. Yet the digital groundwork of the brand didn't capture the potential it had in terms of product line, and development and scalability were limited in the fast-paced e-commerce world by outdated online infrastructure.

Challenges

It was a slow WooCommerce site that was entirely divergent from the aesthetics and efficiency, one could expect from the brand.
Orders were managed through WhatsApp instead of an integrated online system, leading to repeated errors and wastage of time in handling customer queries, thus affecting the overall quality of the experience for customers.
There was no integrated system for inventory, payments, and tracking of orders.
Having an unpolished online storefront would limit one's ability to attract new and returning customers and, therefore, growth.
