Technical SEO Strategy 

  • We tracked the website metrics daily to monitor crawl errors, 404 pages, and broken links, and ensured stable uptime and website speed across different devices and regions
  • We conducted a weekly website performance analysis to analyze Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) and evaluated server responsiveness, page load speeds, and image optimization to enhance user experience.

Off-Page SEO Strategy 

  • We conducted a competitor backlink analysis to identify valuable link-building opportunities and acquired the links from authoritative sources to gain more visibility
  • We carefully selected backlinks from high Domain Authority (DA) websites highly relevant to the real estate niche. 
  • We promoted the website actively by posting relevant information on third-party forums, such as Reddit, Quora, and other platforms, to drive more traffic. 
  • We increased guest posting, sponsored content, and collaborations with established and reputable websites in the industry. 

Results

Increase  In Organic Traffic AND IMPRESSIONS:

The traffic in google search console till the end of 2024 was 8.65K, we started the campaign from February and almost doubled the traffic to 13.2K within 6 months.

Similarly the number of impressions increased from 120K to 669K.
